Filament Recordings proudly presents two new EP releases - ‘Negative Spaces’ by ‘Cheju’ & ‘Displacements’ by ‘Zelada’ and Singles from C-mu and Bilec Obse Bilo.
‘Cheju’ (Wil Bolton of Boltfish Recordings) gives us a taste of his own style of experimental melodic electronics with his ‘Negative Spaces’ EP. Already very well known in the scene, he offers us a mixture of warm synth tones, crunchy broken beats and layered atmospheric textures. This is a slightly different experimental style than you expect from Cheju, but brilliant none the less. This is a must have EP for your collection.

‘Zelada’ (Emiliano Zelada from Rome, Italy) offers us his debut release with Filament. This is an extremely well produced collection of minimalistic constructed harmonies, sound deconstruction and continuously moving granular fragments. Zelada has a unique style of his very own. This is experimental electronics at its very best.

‘C-mu’ (Tokyo, Japan) lets us sample another great track of 10+ minutes of evolving granular max/msp textures. While ‘Bilec Obse Bilo’ (UK) Debut two tracks on Filament with chaotic granular rhythms and bizarre synthetic textures.

This is the first album from Kernel32's alter ego, Bannister Boy. It's a little more downtempo and features pianos, strings, and bells being cut up and arranged to create warm atmospheres with very soft and subtle rhythm.
And the story continues... New house stuff by our new artist called Doc Distortion. Release 067 - Dynamite Bitch - 4.47m - 127 bpm - MP3. Go´n´get it...
We're delighted to welcome a return for Finnish artist Teemu Kiiskilä, aka Ernesto Aeroflot, whose 'Oll Tolk'n' no Ding Atcheev'd' album we released back in 2002, and who is a veteran of other netlabel releases on Commie and Kikapu under multiple aliases. This time round, he's back with an entire album of wonderfully diverse electronics, 'Strogloy - Everything Within', which we're very pleased to be putting out on Monotonik.

A fantastic, chilled video with a suitably excellent soundtrack by noneother than Lackluster.
