We are very pleased to be bringing you our latest release on the Xynthetic Netlabel catalog. We present "Ultima Thule" from Brighton England's Danzai. Danzai produces effervescent, shimmering Dub Techno in the tradition of Chain Reaction and Basic Channel, but with his own injections of melody and structure. Danzai's previous release with Xynthetic was the XDR series EP "Iceworks," available through Juno Download.
We found these wonderful tracks from Bram Nelson after digging deep in our dusty archives. Don’t ask us how we could forget these excellent productions. These were the early and chaotic days of Tokyo Dawn, the tracks never appeared on a real record, we released them loosely over a certain time-span.
In any way, since some people seem to have a pain waiting for Comfort Fit’s Polyshufflez LP, we thought it might be a good idea to select Bram’s finest tracks and put out a small, unofficial release.
Bram Nelson’s music is written, composed and produced by Jaakko Autio, a Finnish composer/sound-designer who works mostly for theatre and TV. Bram itself hasn’t been seen since years, some people tell aliens took him. We’re not sure, we hink he is one of them.
This is an unofficial release featuring old Tokyo Dawn classics.
Eat this raw, it's Tokyo Dawn! Dirty Soulclaps since 1997
