Ragul has a very particular family, its members are funny and stranger beings living in perfect harmony. Some are beautiful, others are deformed but all of them have an infantile and kind spirit that makes them different.
His proposal [Miga34] "The nuclear family" is a pleasurable trip by the molecular structure of music, where we find lovely melodies and complex rhythmical structures, full of details and shades.

Ragul’s life starts and ends in his teens, marked by a squalid experiment, a surgical intervention which turned him into the first robotman in history. This operation reponded to great Doctor Gives’s thrist for vengeance. He used to be one of the most talented men at advanced medicine just as senator Franklind’s right hand, who was "Segunda Corporación" founder. This organization was created to sabotage the future new worldwide order, where transnational companies rules the solar system with iron fist.
Ragul and his friends were selected, to join as a soldier, by Segunda Corporacion; but after its dissolution because of internal problems, he runned away anywhere he could remain anonymous enough to be safe, since it is hard times for sectarian and transnationals’s enemies. Reliable sources are saying he is living in a remote bunker in Barcelona. This bunker houses his clandestine laboratory, which has lots of old machines. In this place he does experiments in musical field and video production. Far from giving up, Ragul will undertake future adventures to defeat established order, like a crazy spartan.
MIGA NETLABEL - Create and learn
After his first release in Monotonik on 2007, the 'Grating Rainbows' EP, we are absolutely delighted to present a long in-development full album -- 'Sprinkling Rainbows' from the UK resident Bitbasic, whose super-funky drill and bass attitude to jazzy electronica makes it one of our favorite label releases of the last few years.
In a similar fashion to earlier Monotonik releases like Aleksi Virta's album, 'Grating Rainbows' cuts up the jazzy breaks with the electronic in entirely alluring ways, with 'Flannel' a great initial example of the headnodding, sometimes brain-scrambling stylings. There's even tremendously evocative Bent-style spaced-out melodies of tracks like 'Blueish'.
With a full album to choose from, you can yoyo easily between the super fast, funky breaks of 'Realization' and the sinewave bleeps of 'Monos', before it all ends up with an entirely unexpected, glorious funk attack, as a super-chilled cover of 'Ain't No Sunshine' starts going terribly, terribly wrong half-way through. And it's awesome.
Once again, thanks to Bitbasic for letting us put out this album under a Creative Commons license, and we hope you dig it and check out his website for his latest gigs, EPs, single tracks, and other goodness.
IJO is audrius vaitiekunas from klaipeda, lithuania. IJO is most well known for his energetic, drill and bass music that fuses together pop aesthetics, avant-garde noise with jazz-inspired, lyrical synth melodies. But that is only one side of the story. IJO also produces beautiful and inspiring ambient music.
On his EP "The White Out" you will find 5 tracks, all rather short, between three and five minutes. All together about 20 minutes, but beautifully involving and with a very strong melodic touch.
From the first track on, "The White Out" covers you with a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. You can hear dreamy synth-landscapes, slowly shifting and emerging, little melody-spots and some rare field-recording elements, added at the right moments.
A great ambient experience with links to pop and electronica. Please enjoy.
