Out in time for Christmas the new compilation from debun, "sofamusique". This time a very mellow release with various artists from Hannover who will be making there own releases here at debun. We hope that this release will be a pleasant one, and we wish you all a merry christmas and happy new year. debun loves you!
A nice little collection of various flavored melodic downtempo for your listening pleasure. Made on my lunch breaks at work with the Bhajis Loops software for Palm handhelds. A little Christmas present for you, everyone have a peaceful 2007.
We're going old school! This is the first volume of a series of EPs featuring tracks laid down by the BuckramBeats crew, before the netlabel was even a distant dream. Don't be fooled though, these three tracks are pure gold! dtownpaolo starts the funkiness with the seductive and sublime "Pleasing to the Touch", a track certain to warm things up. Big Duke Six keeps the energy hyped with "40oz.", steady head noddin' beats and a bouncy bass line to get the crowd movin'. Mylar Man wraps things up with Boogaloo, a full on tech-house number that will raise the energy levels for sure. All together, our first retrospective release should keep the party mood flowin'.

Intelligent Machinery Productions presents:
SIGHUP - Drum Machine
Drum machine emerges as an extension of the ideas developed by SIGHUP in the Machines series, which has aimed to create music entirely guided by the distinct qualities of any given sound source. While the drum machine series touches on more familiar and conventional sounds--and an effort was made not to modify the basic sound of the drum machines with many effects--structurally the tracks are intended not to follow conventional forms, or the ecstatic punctuation of meter of popular beats, but rather to weave sounds and phrases like vine formations. The structures are not dissimilar from SIGHUP's noisedrone work, but the change in the type of sounds used brings a new perspective to the SIGHUP style.

Finally, Kahvi release #200 is here, with noneother than Mr Jasinski in the driving seat. There were numerous possibilities for the #200 slot but Serpentine Soiree has it all - the tracks are superbly produced, the album has 'fun' as its theme throughout, and I thought it would make an ideal Christmas release also. Its been a great year for releases from Kahvi and this nicely puts the icing on the cake. Merry Christmas to all Kahvi listeners and see you in the New Year with even more top quality releases! Dont forget to visit aaronjasinski.com to find more information about this fantastic artist and see more of his artworks.
